Support
A subscription to one of the Crashplan.nl online backup services entitles to free limited support via e-mail, which means that questions regarding the online backup subscription usually not directly, but usually answered within 24 hours. Optional forms of support – including advice by chat, phone – will be charged in advance via a debet card system. There are also optional backup products and services as the first backup seeding and disk exchange.
